Sample Dinner Menu 3 Courses
Slices of Deer Park Gravalax, served with homemade dill dressing
Layered Mozzarralla and Tomato Salad with balsamic vinegar dressing
Prawns on a bed of lettuce and laced with Marie Rose Sauce
Chilled Melon with a selection of fruits and laced with Grand Marnier
Smoked Salmon Mouse with horseradish mayonnaise, and wrapped in a slice
of smoked salmon and garnished with salad
Scallops simply grilled with butter and seasoning.
2nd Course
Roast Sirloin of Beef served with Yorkshire pudding and traditional
gravy
Entrecote Steak served with sauce of onions, mixed herbs Dijon mustard,
red wine and demi glace
Chicken Breast pan fried and served with smooth tomato, sherry and cream
sauce
Half a local duck served off the bone with a tangy orange and Grand
Marnier Sauce
Thinly sliced lambs liver pan-fried with bacon rashers and demi glace
sauce
Freshly poached Hake served with Parsley sauce
Fresh Lemon Sole grilled
Poached Fresh Salmon served on a bed of Spinach
Fresh mixed vegetables cooked in a sauce of Onions, Garlic and Tomato on
a nest of julienne potatoes and topped with melted cheese
ALL of the main course dishes are served with a selection of locally
grown Vegetables and Potatoes or Salad.
